Hey there, I'm Jon!

From the rugged landscapes of Iceland to the serene canals of Venice, my journey as a photographer has always been about capturing the world in its most authentic form.

My path to photography began in the most unassuming way: with a hand-me-down camera and an eye for finding the extraordinary in the ordinary. Today, with every click of the shutter, I am still that same person, eager to capture the genuine beauty of God’s creation in this world.

As my passion for the art has swelled, my technical knowledge and skills have grown with it, opening doors I could never have imagined. As an award-winning photographer, I have led workshops, taught seminars, been a keynote speaker at photography conferences, and have had my work be featured in premier photography galleries, as well as Good Morning America. My travels have brought me to 18 countries across four different continents, spanning a cumulative 27 months abroad — not to mention the countless hours spent exploring and photographing the United States.

The journey has been a tremendous blessing and has opened doors to starting Expedition Media, a non-profit I co-founded with my beautiful wife. We specialize in providing both top-of-the-line and affordable videography and photography services to global organizations dedicated to making an impact and spreading the Gospel to the unreached.

Amidst all of this, I can't help but feel an overwhelming sense of excitement.
